Lashes must be in the original state the same as it was sent to you. Not the style you were looking for and wanted to exchange for something else? No problem! Just send it back to us! We do not refund shipping charges.

Any lashes that have been altered or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned and/or refunded. We honor this for up to 30 days after purchase (30 days = date package left our facility to date return is received). Orders returned after 30 days will be sent back to the customer.
